Assistant – Tower Fitness Equipment Services Inc.
Do you like administrative office tasks? Are you detail oriented? Do you have good organizational skills?
We seek a part time Office Assistant to work approximately 8 hours per week (schedule
will be somewhat flexible but some Saturdays or Sundays will be required), to
carry out administrative tasks in our office in support of our Office Manager
and Service Coordinator. Students are welcome to apply as are others seeking
part time hours only. This position will
include a variety of administrative tasks, depending on office priorities on
the days of work, with direct real-time supervision. Some of these tasks could
include, as examples of the type of work to be expected:
Filing and organization of company records, both hard copies and electronically
Filing and organization of sales and marketing materials, both hard copies and electronically
Assisting with word processing and updating spreadsheets
Ensuring appropriate signage in fitness equipment showroom
Maintaining organization of office supplies
Helping administratively as needed and requested.
You will possess:
Extremely strong attention to detail and
efficient organization practices
An innate ability to focus on the task at hand
The ability to work independently while under
direct supervision and manage to deadlines with good work ethic.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Administrative experience would be ideal but is
Good computer skills with the aptitude to
quickly learn new software
