ORDER CANCELLATIONS
As long as your order has not yet shipped, you may email salesadmin@towerfitnessequipment.ca to cancel your order.
Please include the following in your subject line “CANCEL ORDER xxx” with “xxx” being your order number. You will receive an acknowledgement email in response to confirm receipt of your email and then a refund back based on the original method of payment within 7 business days of receipt of your email.
Once an order has been shipped, our below current return and refund policy applies.
RETURNS
To be eligible for a return your item must be unused in the original packaging and in the same new condition you received it. You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Upon receipt of your item and its inspection, to ensure unused and in original packaging, you will receive a refund back (less original shipping costs) based on the original method of payment within 7 business days after we receive your return. We will confirm receipt of your return by email.
For items that were special ordered in for you specifically, a 20% restocking fee may apply.
Shipping costs associated to the return are the customer’s responsibility. In the event that Tower Fitness Equipment has shipped an incorrect item, we will be responsible to cover shipping and handling costs to return the item.
