Online shopping:

• Tower Fitness Equipment is an authorized dealer in British Columbia for most brands we carry.  Therefore we only ship within British Columbia.
• Cardio and strength equipment purchased online usually ships within 2 to 10 business days.
• Small fitness accessories purchased online usually ship within 1 to 5 business days.
• If we are not able to ship within the above time frames, we will advise you so you can make a decision as to whether to proceed with the order or not
• For orders totalling $200.00 or more before taxes, shipping is free within British Columbia.
• For in-store pick-ups, we will contact you via email and/or telephone to advise when your order is ready to pick up.
• For larger cardio and strength equipment, please expect curbside delivery with an LTL Freight Carrier.  The carrier will call and arrange for delivery and the customer must make arrangements for receiving of the equipment.
• If an item arrives and the packaging is visibly damaged, please refuse the item, take a photo if possible and make a note with the carrier, and then contact us.
• Shipping does not include installation or setup. Contact us to obtain a quote on assembly/installation services.
• Environmental handling fees are included in the price of qualifying electronic products
• Note: Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

“Request a Quote” Items:

• Lead time for commercial products and others that require a quotation, will be provided at the time of the quotation.  We do stock some commercial products; otherwise a typical lead time is 2 to 4 weeks from the date of order.
